Art rental allows you to choose a cohesive theme for your business environment, from original landscape art pieces to contemporary art pieces, whatever your needs are, The Canvas Art Gallery ArtLease can accommodate your requirement’s at a competitive price.

Art rental is an excellent way to incorporate art at a reasonable price without the cost of purchasing.

The Canvas Art Gallery, Art Rental is able to work within your requirement’s, specifications and aesthetics without the obligation of purchase.

Art rental's are also a great way to have rotating exhibits, you will be able to dictate the theme’s of the moment for your projects.

As with any Project Consultation, our purpose is to determine your personal and environmental goals through our Art Rental Submission Form, so it is in your best interest to provide a detailed requirement before submitting the Art Rental Submission Form to us for processing and follow up.

Unfortunately, we do not Rent out our art work/s to residential customers.

LONG TERM RENTAL PRICE OPTIONS:

THE CANVAS ART GALLERY ADMINISTRATION FEE	FEE CHARGES
Account set-up / Maintenance	$55.00 Plus G.S.T

Courier Costs vary according to size, weight of art and applicable insurance required.

Up Front Costs, a two (2) month deposit will be applied to all rental options over 3 months.

We use a professional art installation expert to pick up, deliver and hang your rented work of art/s, the cost of this service will be added on top of the art rental. Prices start from: $99.00 * per hour plus G.S.T.

RENTAL OPTIONS:

1 - 6 Month Rental: Want to rent something on a month-to-month basis without entering into a rental contract? We'll work with you on that as well. Fees will be a percentage of the value of the art, plus a set-up fee, insurance, and courier costs where applicable.

12 Plus Month Rental: Still interested in renting, but want to sign a contract to rent over a longer term? We'll make sure that you have the piece for the period of time you choose, and at a lower percentage rate than you would get under a shorter term contract. Again, fees will be a percentage of the value of the art, plus a set-up fee, insurance, and courier costs where applicable.

Rental Contracts, are entered into for those who are interested in a longer-term commitment. Monthly fees are a percentage of the value of the art, but at a lower rate. Fees include set-up, insurance, and courier costs are additional.

(Under long term rental option, all rental payments will be applied to the total value of the art/s)

Multiple pieces and/or locations: Available for clients wishing to rent multiple pieces in one location or various locations. Subject to available art work/s at time of rental booking.

Rotation option: Lessees under a rental contract are provided a rotation option for a set fee. Rotation set-up fees are based on value of art and frequency of rotation.
